The W2GBS is a high-performance laboratory glove box system designed for researchers and manufacturers requiring a pristine, anhydrous, and anaerobic environment. This sophisticated workstation integrates a heavy-duty SUS304 stainless steel chamber with an advanced automated gas purification system, capable of maintaining moisture and oxygen levels at below 1 ppm in compliance with ISO 10648-2 standards.
By utilizing a closed-loop gas re-circulation system with a high-speed frequency blower, the W2GBS continuously filters out active substances (O2 and H2O) using German BASF catalyst and USA UOP molecular sieve materials. The entire system is managed via a Siemens 7" color touch-screen HMI, providing intelligent digital control, real-time data logging, and automated regeneration processes. Whether for lithium-ion battery R&D, OLED production, or specialized laser welding, the W2GBS offers a reliable, ultra-clean environment for the most sensitive materials and processes.
