The WTM-XB Series Autoclave combines intelligent control with uncompromising safety. Equipped with multiple safety interlocks, automatic overpressure relief, and dry-burn protection, it ensures maximum operator safety at every stage of sterilization.

Powered by an advanced microcomputer-based control system, the unit fully automates heating, sterilization, exhaust, and drying with the press of a single button. This streamlined design not only simplifies operation but also minimizes human error, guaranteeing consistent and reliable sterilization results.

The sterilization process is fully automated, requiring no manual supervision and ensuring simple, reliable operation.

With a maximum temperature of 134°C, it enables rapid sterilization cycles within 4–6 minutes.

An internal steam recirculation system prevents steam from being released outside, keeping the environment clean and dry. The sterilization tray is perforated and fitted with a lid that can be closed after sterilization to effectively prevent air contamination.

For safety, the unit is equipped with multiple automatic protection features:

● When internal pressure exceeds 0.24 MPa, the safety valve opens automatically, releasing steam into the water tank.

● If the inner chamber temperature exceeds 138°C, the power supply shuts off automatically.

● In case of water shortage, if the heating tube temperature rises above 150°C, the power supply shuts off and a water outage alarm is triggered.

An automatic air-release device ensures effective sterilization, while the body is constructed from durable stainless steel for long service life.
